At LATISLIT, your trust is our priority. Every product we offer is carefully selected and imported from Germany and France to ensure quality you can rely on. If something you ordered isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be in the same condition as received, with all seals and tags intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Process
- Contact us at info@latislit.com to request a return.
- If your request is approved, we’ll send you:
- The return shipping address
- Instructions on how to pack and send your item securely
Please note: Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can replace it or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare, haircare, cosmetic, or hygiene products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance products
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you need a different product, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the funds.
