  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment options when available.
  • Orders must be for personal use only unless written permission for resale is provided.
  • Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Morocco through reliable shipping partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is typically 2–7 business days depending on location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors.
  • Once transferred to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Certain items, including opened beauty products, gift cards, and sale items, are non-returnable.
